Until Next Year?
We haven't seen the heron for a week now. Our lake froze last week and while it's broken up again, there are more freezes ahead. So it may be enjoying better weather elsewhere.

Thanks! Yes, our hummingbirds took off in October but given some mild weather I could see why other birds might still be around. But now, not as much.
