Comma butterfly (UK)

I am frequently an insect-magnet due to wearing bright colours (especially this yellow shirt) but this time I had my phone within reach. A beautiful Comma butterfly, who stayed and rested on my wrist for about 5 minutes before continuing their journey.

What a lovely visitor! The only insects that visit me are the stinging and sucking kinds...because I'm just that sweet.

I get a lot of the stinging kind too, but even they are welcome (I actually never get bit/stung, just sat on haha!).
