Seems leucistic at the very least—although that might enable it to register as a dry sun-bleached summer grass blade.

(Pink eyes aren’t a useful diagnostic for insects, whose blood tends not to be red…which leads me to hypothesize that albino Vulcans would have pale green eyes.

And “White Jade Mantis” sounds like (and for all I know is) a Kung Fu style.)

It may have just molted. I've encountered a handful of newly molted insects that started white and then darkened. Either way, a cool find!
