Lupin & Poppies

It has been an incredibly dry and cold winter/spring here in Northern California.  That means that the grass hasn't grown much so it isn't overwhelming the flowers  and we are being treated to quite a show.

Love the golden poppies! I grew up in the Bay Area and moved to New England, so I miss seeing them.

This year is a really good year for poppies too. Love it when low light makes them just glow.
