Attingham
An elm skeleton in the landscape:

That's the Wrekin in the distant Summer haze:

And wood dapple in the park grounds:


A stand of native foxgloves:

This gate and fence caught my attention:

A waterway runs through the grounds:

Kine!

More kine. These are the wonderfully old fashioned English dairy shorthorn which you rarely see these days:

The guy in the middle there is a rather splendid Herefordshire bull. They kept still for us as they were enjoying the shade under a stand of trees:

Another nice stand of trees, this time with no kine:
