Aurora Borealis, 10/10/24

Purple, blue, and green Aurora Borealis visible amongst stars in the night sky in Derbyshire, England
 
The aurora was visible tonight in Derbyshire, England!
Photos taken several hours apart—the second (later) image shows the clouds that developed since the first photo.

Very pretty!! Supposedly, the lights were visible here as well, but I couldn't see anything. I even tried taking some night photos with my phone. Nothing. unu
