OT: Test

Yesterday I made a post here, and after Ryda Wrong commented, and I replied, I realized I could see both of our IP Addresses displayed in the comments, so I deleted the post.

I've got a DW staffer who has no idea how that happened and wants screencaps if I can do it again: so if anyone who doesn't mind the ip addy displayed could comment here, please?

Aaah, I did not know about the original poster side of it, and was getting really worried there was some kind of hole needing to be fixed about displaying IPs to everybody.

No problem. Someone else told me that it's standard for LJ too...and in ten odd years there I was just never on a comm with IP tracking enabled.

Sigh, the more I learn, the more I learn that I still need to learn.
