Fall Harvest



For many years the lot next door has been planted with corn, which is always allowed to dry out before harvesting. As it turned out the timing of these photos was good because the corn was reaped the day after these photos were shot. Certainly gives a particular seasonal look though.

Fields are clear here now- wheat,oats, barley and rye- even the maize which takes longer here than it would with you. Potatoes were in a while back.
