Redwoods and squirrel

There's a line of Coast Redwoods in the local park. Here's a snapshot I may use in a post in my DW later on; taken on January 4th.

First, I just thought 'wow, pretty tree trunks' and then I read the cut text. I hadn't even realised there was a squiggle! Gosh look at him (or her), so adorable. And super well camouflaged too.

We live in Wellington, Shropshire UK and there are numerous trees here (imports obviously but with such an apt 'local' name) of the variety 'Wellingtonia'.

Not as huge as the redwood but still a giant locally.

The squirrels seem to love them here too! :o)

Oooh, I haven't seen redwoods in years. They're so magnificent. And look at that squirrel camouflaged! Great shot.

I miss seeing the redwoods, how beautiful!
(But I don't miss squirrels, way too many of them here, hah hah! They used to torment my previous dog but the dog I have now, she could care less about them.
