I think they're the prettiest birds we see in my area.

I get to see Stellar's Jays sometimes in my neighborhood and I always get so excited! They're so handsome. At one point there were also a couple of what Nextdoor said were California Scrub Jays? And I even saw them on the easement by my place!

I remember these guys from when I was a kid and my family went to Yosemite every year. We don't have them here but sometimes see Scrub Jays or Pinyon Jays. They're actually corvids and thus by definition pretty awesome!

Oh, that's lovely. We don't get them here, but I was once delighted to have seven or eight of them land on our picnic table at Butano State Park in the Bay Area. They were completely fearless but comparatively polite.

I think I've seen scrub jays around; they definitely look familiar. None have visited our feeders yet though.

Steller’s Jay! We don’t have them in Minnesota where I live, but I get to see them when I visit family in California.

Corvids are so much fun to watch, and these are particularly elegant birds.
