a Labor Day walk

common_natureI went over to Lincoln Woods State Park on Monday, which is, well, a park in the woods with a big ol' lake. I didn't want to drown in people at the beach, and figured the big ol' lake would be interesting.
On the way, I stopped at a smaller park, and ran into a happy dog.
Dog continues to be happy, closer-up.
At the park, I took occasional glamour shots of wood.
But also ran into another happy dog, enjoying the lake.
And some disturbed ducks, on the beach, asserting their duck-hood.
Streeeetch.
And, finally, the flock (or raft) has a spy.
