It focuses on photographing the natural rather than the built environment with an emphasis on zoos and gardens and some practical advice that may resonate with common_nature members.

aquaeri linked to a beautiful, sad short film on vimeo.com, The Anachronism. The main characters are two children identifying the plants and creatures near their home with the aid of a gorgeous illustrated taxonomy. It utterly charmed me. The story is sad, though.

It's getting cold here and the sun is setting by 5.30pm. Still, there's crunchy drifts of leaves to stomp through and that never gets old.
