I was thinking it would be too hard to do a poetic translation of the verse that kept stune/stane/stond/stunað in there (I got as far as "cress" and "crush"), but actually, if you leave "stune" untranslated, it's pretty easy!

Okay, I now translate it as:

Stune is this weed, on stone she grew;
She stands against poison, she's strong against pain.
