Such wonderful creatures and what a great vid. We used to get a lot of hedgies, mother and babies would spend half an hour or so most evenings cleaning up around the bird feeders, rather too close to the dog on occasion - meaning bath and flea treatment for her! Sadly, since they started building on the orchard at the back of us, their visits declined and I haven't seen a single one this year, although, maybe they are around at night. It's so sad to see them killed on the road and we can hardly afford to lose a single one, such beautiful little things. Thanks for sharing.
