We spotted this bunny hiding in the shade of some bushes this morning.

So were we! Despite knowing there are lots of rabbits about we've only seen a baby once. This one was about the size of my palm.

I love that the images are blurry. They look a bit like watercolor paintings.

I've always wondered what it is about seeing something like baby animals that makes our voices go into new pitches. I always feel it's something like cursing, the ineffectiveness of words to express emotions.

I was rather surprised any of the pics came out whereas in fact most did. We only had a phone camera and weren't that close, plus it was quite small and mostly in the shade. You can see that better in the other photos.
