Sunrise for once

I've had plenty photos of sunsets, but sunrises? Not so much. Normally I'm not (willingly) awake at sunrise to take pictures but at least one morning in 2014 I was. These may be the only ones I have.



I guess I'm not alone in having few photos of them to share. There's a tag here for sunsets, but none I could come up with for sunrise!

I think I might have had another from that same year while on a trip but I'll have to check.

Wow, they're both stunning. I'd love to see a pink-purple sky like that, even though sleeeepy eyes!

Thanks! Yes, one was facing east and then one facing west. Funny how they looked so different!

It's not the only time I've been awake at a sunrise but as I recall it looked impressive enough that I went for the camera when I was ;D
