common_natureWe finally manage to get a walk up the most local of our hills today. We've been prevented for months by a combination of lockdown and idiot townies breaking said lockdown and swarming up the hill in droves blocking the local paths and lanes.
Thankfully, sanity now seems to have prevailed.
The Wrekin (pronounced ree-kin) is a mere mile from us and takes you up 1100' in a mile or so.
We met this peacock butterfly on one of the paths.
I'll share more pics from up on high once I've had a chance to sort them all out!
