dragonfly, plus a luxuriant donkey
Aug. 5th, 2020 05:46 pmTook a slight wander while doing some errands, ran into a pond, found a dragonfly, as is the way of things.
(I suppose it might be something else. I am largely ignorant on these things, and didn't know that a damselfly was a damselfly until about a month ago. Anyone know, offhand?)
Anyway, picture:

I then went and got prescriptions, and stopped by a local farm. I think this is a donkey, not a burro? I suppose it could also be a mule. Anyway, this equine wishes to inform you that it has *never been fed, ever*.

Once assured I would not, in fact, feed them, sie went off to have a roll in the dirt. Sie later decided that being scritched was OK, though. Friendly goober.

Date: 2020-08-06 12:48 am (UTC)Er.
Yes, but, there are apparently burro bloodlines people track, which, before I went down this rabbit hole, I certainly didn't know. Mostly, I just thought burros were the tan donkeys in the southwest and South America.
Anyway, you're *basically* right.
