Bookshelf orb-weaver

In the bookshop where I work, I spotted a small orb-weaver spider hanging from a nearly-invisible web in front of some books on display on a bookcase.

After taking a picture, I carefully evicted the spider.

Oh! She looks like she's part of the cover art! How entirely delightful. :)

I intentionally took the shot from an angle where the spider was over the white part of the cover so it would be easily visible. It does end up looking like part of the cover :-)
