Fungus and slug. Same variety of the first but only six inches across.

Aw, the hedgehogs (pretty flowers in that pic too)! Reminds me of a video I shared a while back of a crow saving a hedhehog who had curled up in the middle of a road.

the fourth one, "amazing dead wood," feels like it could be a sandstone bluff in Lake Superior, eroded by millions of years of waves and wind.
