Another walk in the woodland and beyond
Mar. 26th, 2021 12:55 pm Wednesday was a reasonable day so we headed out into the woods!

This one was dying back but still a lovely thing:


This one still going strong:

Lichen at its acid green yellow best!

And a wooden spider breaking free!

Marsh grass!

And a close up on gorse in bloom:

This yellow lichen is known as......yellow lichen.

And some more beautiful fungi:


Along the lane to Little Worth (yes, there really is a hamlet called Little Worth locally) :o)

And we met some lambs!

What is this wooden creature?

Along the track from Wrekin Farm:

Well camouflaged but there are deer along the woodland edge there!

Can you see the dryad hugging her tree?
