I am really do not know the proper names for all the plants i meet - never interested in the names, just their look and color and smell. I met this one in the park in Petrozavodsk, though i think it should be pretty common in local parks too

That's a beautiful photo! And it definitely looks like a begonia to me too. It's a fairly common bedding-out plant here in Sweden even though it can't survive the winter.
