Although today it is overcast and has turned colder, this week was spring weather and the trees and flowers have noticed.

There seemed to be a lot less of the yellow heads around. They're more scattered -- the one bottom left was one of the more concentrated spots I could see. My partner suggested that maybe some areas had been recently mowed, which was certainly true but some areas clearly hadn't, yet there were few dandelions in bloom.
Maybe they're just delayed and we'll see more soon.

Date: 2023-04-17 01:36 am (UTC)It's definitely getting greener in my area, and the daffodils have burst into blossoms, but the trees are still just green. No blossoms, yet. It probably won't help that we've dropped 40 degrees (F) since last week. Expecting snow. Even the dandelions haven't made much an appearance, yet.
