Roe deers

Usually I only see their tracks in the snow but on my walk today I spotted these three Roe Deers (Capreolus capreolus) and managed to shap a photo before they spooked and ran off.

They usually do that here too but I think the heavy snow the day before had them ranging closer to town looking for food. (Where I lived before you could see them walking down suburban streets in broad daylight!)
