common_natureThis was a prep sketch I did while on a mural painting job. It's a standard-size business envelope with ballpoint pen and a little earth-toned acrylic paint.
Something about it makes me happy. Perhaps I ought to draw on envelopes more often.
Now and then I do what I call a Small Things Art Sale post. I'm considering another one, to help offset some of my moving-to-new-apartment expenses -- the little stuff, you know, like the hummingbird feeder and the baskets to store things in the bathroom. If anyone's interested, I'll offer this little drawing as part of it, at around $15, which would include shipping.
And no worries, I wouldn't just stick a stamp on it and mail it. Unless you asked me to. :-D
