Waterbirds in the Netherlands

common_natureDucks and Geese and other birdies, seen in Utrecht and Soest (a small town nearby).
A pale mallard, probably a domestic mix. Utrecht.
Barnacle Geese by the canal, Soest.
Grey heron fishing, Soest.
Silver mallard. I'm wondering if the domestic duck in his ancestry might be Silver Appleyard rather than one of the white ducks that are around on the canalas.
Mallard mixes on ice. It's quite hard to take photos of ice, but this one turned out OK.
A great cormorant on the pond, Soest.
