Ooh, we have these too - there's a whole bunch of them living under our oak tree. They're adorable AND they eat mildew.

I love the almost abstract shapes you've achieved with the tight focus and short depth of field.

Thank you. I was happy to get a decent shot with the macro lens - I didn't have much time to compose with the toddler clamouring to see the ladybird and the baby trying to climb my leg.
