This visitor landed on my toddler when he was playing outside yesterday evening. Toddler was delighted.

Yes! It was very interested in us, too. It explored the toddler pretty thoroughly before wandering off elsewhere!

Thank you. It made quite a lot of noise when it flew off, which also delighted the toddler. "Sounds like a helicopter!" he shouted, which is the best compliment he knows how to pay as helicopters are his favourite motorised vehicle.

Your child is braver than me! I don't think "delighted" would've been my reaction if such a thing had landed on me, LOL! (I am a coward when it comes to insects. Seriously.)
