But I'm fairly sure from the loud scrabbling noises that it's either stuck or trying to build a nest in my kitchen vent. And that it has claws.

I will be attempting to have it removed kindly.

OMG slow-worm! I love them, and have only seen one twice. I am glad it was amenable to being transported.
