These were taken a little over a week ago. Between the blackbirds and the redwings, this bush has been nearly stripped of its berries. I'm glad we didn't trim our hedges back earlier in the autumn.

Oh, I love these! The colour contrast in the first one is awesome and wow, that's a lot of berries. Also, I don't think I've ever seen redwings in person, so that's cool, too.

What a beautiful capture! And what a lot of berries - no wonder the birds are flocking there.

Fantastic photos! The contrast between the black bird with its orange beak and the red berries in the first one is spectacular. (I had goldfinches at my feeder today, something I've never had before, but of course they all left before I managed to get any good photos!)
