Sunrise + Ship

These pics are of the view from the Duluth hotel room. Thanks to the short days I was up by the time the sun was rising and went for my phone. After the third shot I realized there was a ship on the horizon too and tracked it as it came in.





This photo is of the same view during daytime. The top photo surprisingly also includes a ship but it's probably because we were very close to the harbor entrance.



Above is a full view of the sunrise before the ship appeared. Below, as the ship came into view.



As the ship came closer and started to cross the sunrise.

Ha, yes. Our predicted snow wasn't anywhere near what was expected but a lot of people got a day off today anyway 😉

It was a very relaxed start to the day given that a few hours later we were packing up and heading off to our next stop.
