common_nature... because one person commissioned the first piece, and then everyone loved it, and now I've made three.
Blue and Gold, 10 x 8", mixed media on paper. This was the first of the series.
Blue and Gold #2, 5 x 7", done for fun after the first one got a ton of love that really surprised me.
Blue and Gold #3, because someone wanted the first one but it was a sold commission, and I couldn't just create a copy. So I flipped it, changed the bird's head, the length of its beak (this can vary a lot among blue jays) and its facial markings (also quite variable).
