A male Great Spotted Woodpecker (Dendrocopos major) has been visiting my bird feeders the last couple of weeks and today I managed to take this photo of him:

Nice shot! We get Downy and Hairy woodpeckers at the feeders here in the US.

Thank you! It seems it's only the Great Spotted that visits the feeders here. Never any of the other Swedish woodpeckers.
